Skin

Psoriasis is a common skin condition that can appear at almost any age. The standard medical approach usually involves treatments with corticosteroid ointments or tablets, methotrexate, or even injections with biologic agents.

However, conventional treatments often provide only temporary relief—the problem frequently returns after a short period. Sometimes, when psoriasis seems to disappear completely, this can actually be concerning, as it may come at the expense of the internal balance of the body.

It’s important to remember that the body responds to stimuli in a remarkably intelligent way. For example, a trigger like work-related stress can prompt the body to develop a physical condition. The skin, being our outermost organ, often manifests signs of internal imbalance, which may help protect the functioning of our vital internal systems.

If we force the body to suppress skin symptoms, we risk pushing this imbalance deeper, potentially jeopardizing the harmony of our internal systems. In essence, this can cause the pathology to shift to a more profound level. The specific condition that may arise depends on each individual’s predisposition.

Very often, we observe patients experiencing asthma, colitis, or even a deterioration of their mental health after the suppression of skin conditions. For these individuals, their skin symptoms were actually the safest way for the body to cope—and suppressing these symptoms can activate deeper, underlying vulnerabilities.
